“HEERF GRANT TO STUDENTS”
On April 21, 2020, The Department of Education issued guidance to schools limiting student eligibility for emergency financial aid grants to an individual who is or could be eligible under section 484 of the Higher Education Act (“HEA”) to participate in programs under Title IV. Accordingly, the Department stated that individuals who do not meet one or more of the Title IV eligibility criteria will be unable to receive HEERF grants.
¹ The “Completion Rate” and “Employment Rate” statistics were reported to the State of California, Bureau for Private Postsecondary Education (B.P.P.E.) for the timeframes 2018/2019.
