Derek brings 20 years of design and fabrication experience to The Fab School, specializing in product development for both custom and high-volume production environments. With a background in film and television set design, off-road racing, retail interiors, medical devices, and OEM product development, Derek provides our Digital Design and Manufacturing students with several unique perspectives. He has an overwhelming passion for training and building the skillsets of the next generation of designers and fabricators.
